Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales or festive seasons, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD), if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate. ZAARIAL is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other external factors may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the package if possible or contact our support team immediately with clear photos of the package.

International Shipping

Currently, ZAARIAL ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
