1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
3. Return Request Process

4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.
6. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), ZAARIAL will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may apply.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the Return Policy will apply after delivery, if eligible.
